The 2024 Lakes Area Health & Wellness Expo, presented by Takedown Gym is January 20, 2024 at the Northern Pacific Center. Whether you are just starting out on your health and wellness journey or you are a seasoned wellness enthusiast- this event is for you! Attendees will have the opportunity to try out classes and products and learn more about what local health & wellness experts have to offer.
Admission into the event is only $5 and the first 100 attendees will receive a gift along with a bag of goodies from participating vendors.
