Women’s Health Day Event

Essentia Health is raising awareness of women’s health and enhancing access to important services by holding a Women’s Health Day in Baxter, Minnesota, on Saturday, April 20.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Essentia Health-Baxter Clinic, located at 13060 Isle Dr.
Attendees are able to receive mammograms and cervical screenings as well as learn about other women’s health topics.
“Health screenings for women are a vital component of proactive health care, enabling early detection and prevention of potential health issues,” says Shawna Reed, operations director for the Essentia Health-Baxter Clinic. “By prioritizing regular screenings, women can take charge of their well-being, ensuring timely interventions and promoting overall health and longevity.”
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred. They can be made by calling (218) 828-7100 or by using Essentia’s MyChart patient portal.
