The Great Race Pit Stop in Brainerd

The Great Race National Event (HEMMINGS MOTOR NEWS GREAT RACE presented by Hagerty Drivers Club) and Great Race Regional Rallies are automotive competitions based on precision driving and navigational skills in classic, antique, and vintage automobiles. The Events are timed, controlled-speed, endurance rallies—not top-speed races. Each vehicle must follow a prescribed common route while attempting to maintain assigned average speeds.
The 2022 Route starts in Warwick, RI and travels all the way to Fargo, ND.
On June 25, racers will be stopping at BIR for a pit stop and lunch break. Anybody is welcome to stop by and check out the classic, antique, and vintage automobiles and talk with the racers. They will be here only for a brief moment, so plan accordingly.
