Teen Mindfulness Retreat

As a teen in our society you have a lot to navigate. Yes, being a teen is hard. But with the right mental awareness, perspective, and mindfulness you can minimize your suffering and learn to change that perspective from one of dread to something more positive. With mindfulness you begin to see the true miracle that you are and of the world to which you are so important to.
Join us during the week of July 10 – 14 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday – Friday to learn how to develop awareness, compassion, and empathy.
This is a free offering.
Activities include: Mindful Sitting, Mindful Eating, Guided Meditations, Circle Sharing, Activities, and more.
