Slow Flow Yoga

June 19 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

A yoga practice that contains a blend of somatics to unwind the body and asanas (poses) for movement and strength. The slower pace allows time to refine and focus on alignment, create space and help to release tension patterns in the deeper muscles of the body.
The practice will include breath work that will link the breath to movement in a flowing sequence.
Those who are beginners to yoga as well as advanced practitioners will benefit from this practice
