Oil & Cold Wax Workshop at Crossing Arts

Have you ever wondered why it can be such a challenge to create great art? Where do I start? What does my work need? How can I make it my own? This workshop is designed to help you with those challenges. In this fun workshop you will learn just how to do all of this! Color, balance, shape, size, composition and value, as well as the fundamentals of cold wax, are what you will learn in this comprehensive 3 day workshop.

Working with oil and cold wax, masks, mark making and collage elements, you will create 8 paintings, yes 8! while implementing your own personal voice into each one. Discovery is an evolving learning process and you will get many take aways with this one!

$265 Per Student. This class has a 6 student minimum to be held and a 8 person maximum.

Crossing Arts members, as a benefit of membership, will receive a $10 gift card when attending this workshop.

Feel free to bring a packed lunch since this class goes over the lunch hour.

Age Requirement is 16+ years.
