National Public Lands Day

Northland Arboretum
Please join Minnesota Master Naturalist and Northland Arboretum in the nation’s largest annual volunteer effort for America’s Public Lands. This year, on September 26th, 2015, we would love for you to help us celebrate National Public Lands Day’s 22nd anniversary!
Service Project: This year at Northland Arboretum we are hosting invasive species removal and planting of native beds along a new trail.
When: September 26th, 2015 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Where: 14250 Conservation Drive, Brainerd, MN 56401
What to Bring: Please wear long pants and long sleeves in layers, closed toe shoes, sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle, and working gloves. If you are an Invasive Blitz leader your skills are needed at this event!
Fees: This event is free! Participants who pre-register will be provided lunch and a t-shirt to thank you for your service!
