Mama’s Strength Connection

Calling all expecting and postpartum mothers!

Thursday, August 21st group, we will be meeting at Kiwanis park in Brainerd! We will be with the peer breastfeeding support group and plan to do about 20-30 mins of movement in the park.

This free class is designed just for you. Real Life Wellness is partnering with Crow Wing County who will also provide a space for questions and education surrounding your health as a mom.

This class will be designed in a way to allow you to bring your littles with and we will have extra hands to help you out with them during class.
