Join us for 75 minutes yoga practice Love your Back.
Keep your back healthy, and free from discomfort. Encourage more mobility, flexibility and proper alignment in this yoga practice to increase your connection with your back and spine. This class includes a variety of hot teas, and hot towels infused with essential oils and hot rocks from Lake Superior.
