Introduction to Backyard BBQ Class & Competition Series – Chicken

This new class series will have you ready to take on a Backyard BBQ Competition in no time. You will be introduced to some competition-winning tips and tricks by Wrecking Crew BBQ’s very own Alan Larrimore. In this series, we will be hosting a chicken-focused class, along with a rib-focused class.
We encourage you to sign up for both classes! As usual, we will start off the night with a “social half-hour” at 5:30pm with class starting at 6pm.
The Competition Chicken Class will be held on Wednesday, February 15th.
The Competition Rib Class will be held on Wednesday, February 22nd.
