Friday Fight Night!

Join us at Team Ascension Martial Arts on Friday nights for IAMA’s Fight Night! IAMA is the International Association of Martial Arts, located right here in Brainerd!
Every Friday, join us for a competition you won’t soon forget! All ages welcome, and encouraged to participate! Kids competition from 5:30-6 PM, Muay Thai seminar at 6:30 PM, and junior/adult competition beginning 7:30 PM! Participation is a donation at the door, or free for current Team Ascension students!
Competition hosted by IAMA, the International Association of Martial Arts, and medals are awarded each week. Make your way onto the leaderboard, challenge yourself and others to take 1st! We can’t wait to see you there!
