1st Annual Easter Eggs Benedict Breakfast

Featuring Eggs Benedict in 5 Ways;

“Classic” (Canadian Bacon, poached eggs and bernaise sauce on a toast English muffin)
“Redneck” (toasted buttermilk biscuit, smoked corn beef, egg fried over easy and smother in sausage gravy)
“Trivette” (spicy jalapeño bacon, toasted jalapeño corn bread biscuit, poached egg, and a spicy bernaise sauce)
“Southwestern” (toasted biscuit, mix of chorizo, caramelized onions, and sweet peppers, topped with a fried egg and smothered in Cheese sauce, salsa and a drizzle of fresh sour cream.
“Oscar” (shaved, smoked Prime Rib, above a toasted English muffin, topped with a poached egg, crab meat, and bernaise sauce)

In addition, we will offer French Toast, our regular & legionaire Breakfast. American fried potato will be served with all breakfasts. (No hash or hash browns due to limited space, sorry for any inconvenience)
