Christmas In The Round

Thrive Productions Group and World Help present Christmas In The Round coming to the Gichi-Ziibi Center for the Arts in Brainerd on Sunday, December 14th at 7:00pm. The event will feature national touring artists Mark Schultz, Aaron Shust, Todd Tilghman (Season 18 Winner of the Voice) and Presence Music. Mark Schultz has sold two million records to date, ten No. 1 singles, a Dove Award as well as multiple nominations. If you’ve encountered Christian music in the last 18 years, when you hear the name Mark Schultz, you will probably begin humming your favorite Schultz hit, including “I Am,” “He’s My Son,” “Letters From War” and “Back In His Arms Again”. Aaron Shust’s success with “My Savior My God,” winning the 2007 New Artist, Songwriter and Song of the Year. Later, as he grappled with a surprise Down Syndrome diagnosis for one son and waged a war with chronic illness for two, he continued to declare “My Hope is in You,” a song which spent 14 weeks at#1, and “Ever Be,” which debuted at #3 on the NCA chart. Aaron bolsters the faith of his listeners and surprises them, too, as with his 2014 Christmas Album Unto Us, recorded with the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. With this collection, Shust turns conventional classics into something fresh and adds his own work to the canon of Christmas music. The concert this December will be an intimate evening of songs and stories in the round that will include hit songs and Christmas classics.
