The Brainerd Lakes Chamber of Commerce and Hubbard Radio bring you this trade show with everything you want, all in one place. Friday and Saturday, March 18 and 19, the doors to the Essentia Health Sports Center will open to over 100 exhibitors from the Brainerd Lakes Area!
This exciting event, formerly the Brainerd Lakes Marketplace and Hubbard Radio’s Outdoor Show, is only $3 per adult; those 17 and younger can attend for free. Tickets will be available at any office of the Brainerd Lakes Chamber of Commerce or at the door. Along with learning more about area businesses, all paid tickets offer the chance to win door prizes with drawings throughout the day, starting at 10 a.m. on Friday and ending at 4 p.m. on Saturday. You must be present to win.
Make sure to play the #FindTheBlueOx Contest! To play, you need to find the Blue Ox in six pictures taken at our Sponsor businesses where we digitally hide the Blue Ox. We will release a scorecard on Tuesday, March 8 for you to track where you find the logo within each picture and finally the physical Blue Ox at the show on March 18-19. Once you have found all seven icons, you can submit your scorecard to us at the front desk at the Expo and will be entered into the grand prize drawing for a $150 dining card!
On Saturday, come to meet Curious George, courtesy of Lakeland Public Television, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the main arena! CURIOUS GEORGE is an animated series based on the popular books by Margret and H.A. Rey.Hug, snuggle or pose for a photo with this fuzzy and loveable character. Don’t forget your camera!
Plus, enter our Curious George Coloring Contest! Print out Curious George’s coloring page or find it in the Brainerd Dispatch on March 6. Color the picture however you want: crayons, markers, paint, etc. Turn in your entry at the Brainerd Lakes Chamber, 224 West Washington Street, prior to March 14 or hand deliver to the Chamber ticket desk at the Everything Expo, March 18 or 19. Contest entries will be displayed at the Everything Expo and winners will be drawn at random for kid-friendly prizes, including water park passes, mini golf passes and more! Ages 10 and under only please.
