YOGA at The Fern with Angellica Holt

Take an after-work detour and take some well-deserved time for yourself. Angellica Holt leads us through a 30-minute yoga flow series that focuses on de-stressing & relaxation. Perfect for the end of the day! But before we get started with yoga, we will be making a quick and easy DIY foot scrub that will help with your relaxation rituals. Your handmade foot scrub will exfoliate, moisturize, sooth & invigorate. If you have a love for great body products & yoga, join us for a fun class and meet some new friends! All experience levels welcome. Bring your own mat and towel.
