Snow for the Paws – Babinski Bed Races & Tube-a-Thon

Register your team to compete in our 1st Annual Bed Races & Tube-A-Thon at Mount Ski Gull to support two of your favorite Local Non-Profits!

Team Specifics:
-Minimum size team of 4
-$50 Team Entry Fee
-Teams are encouraged to raise $$ to sponsor their team and run!- All proceeds will benefit The Babinski Foundation Animal Shelter and Mount Ski Gull
-Costume/Theme your team and mattress!
-Must be 18 years of age to participate in races
-Will need to sign waiver
-Must provide your own air mattress
– Mouth guard & helmet are suggested
Award Ceremony:
Awards will be granted for 3 categories. Best Costume/Theme, Most $$ Raised by an individual Team & Single Tuber, as well as People’s Choice!
Event Description:
Join us on Sunday, January 26th to support a good cause, love for snow, and family fun! Get your family, friends and local business together to compete in our 1st Annual Bed Races Event at Mount Ski Gull ! Teams of 4+ will be competing for awards in 3 categories: Best Costume/Theme, Most Dollars Raised by an Individual Team & Single Tuber, as well as a People’s Choice award. All registration fees, donations and funds raised by teams will be directly supporting The Babinski Foundation Animal Shelter and Mount Ski Gull.
We will also be promoting a TUBE-A-THON where individual donors/sponsors will pledge money to associate the number of laps that individual tuber will be required to tube. The more money they raise, the more times they have to race!
If you are not interested in racing but want to still take part in the fun, you can come to help cheer teams on, listen to the music, enjoy a warm campfire with S’mores, Food and Drinks!
Event Schedule:
Team check-in and registration will occur from 12-2pm.
Races will begin at 3:00pm.
Award ceremony at 5:00pm.
Between 12-6 a DJ, campfire, and s’mores will be available for families to enjoy. Beer and Wine will also be for sale.
