Smoking Fish BBQ at The Roundhouse!

Our followers wanted Pit Happens Catering to smoke some fish for Father’s Day weekend! Well it so happens that we have some awesome connections to Alaska. So we will be making smoked salmon po’ boys and smoked halibut tacos!! Quantity is limited so come early and eat often!!
