Million Meters Row – A Fundraiser for Smiles for Jake

Come to row. Be part of the solution: Be part of the Lakes Area effort to raise awareness around mental illness, depression and suicide and work with our community on positive mental health solutions. Zero Suicides is the goal! By participating in Million Meters Row we will raise funds to support local mental health support systems focused on moving towards zero suicides in the community.

Participants will row on a rowing machine at CrossFit Grow in 25 minute segments. Participants will attempt to raise $200 either by flat pledges/donations or pledge per meters. IE if someone pledges to donate $0.05 per meter and the participant rows 1000 meters, the pledgee would donate $50. All registrants will receive their pledge sheet via EMAIL 3 weeks prior to event. All proceeds will go to “Smiles For Jake.”
