Lakes Area Music Festival – Outdoor Yoga W/Live Music

Classical music, meditation, and fitness come together in an hour long, outdoor yoga class at Don Adamson Field on the Brainerd High School campus.

Open to all members of the community without charge or previous yoga experience; donations to support the outreach programs of the LAMF will be accepted. Mats will be available to borrow. The class will be led by Jennifer Smith of Nisswa Yoga, with demonstrations and adjustments by teachers from Nisswa Yoga, Karmady Yoga Fitness, YMCA, Lakes Area Yoga Association, Park City Yoga Adventures, Brainerd High School, and more.
