Koep & Samuelson Speak about Years of Service

Koep-Samuelson Forum – 7 p.m. March 19 for a conversation with former Brainerd City Council and Crow Wing County Board member Mary Koep and former state Sen. and state Rep. Don Samuelson. The session will be conducted in the Dryden Theatre. The two speakers will share stories of being in office, what it was like, and the changes they experienced.
