Juice Cleanse Reboot Camp at Prairie Bay Grill

The Holidays bring many opportunities to indulge in delicious foods and drink. Gatherings with family and friends, delicious baked goods and more may cause you to head into the new year feeling groggy and out of sorts.
January is a great time to give your body a break and reboot your system.
Jami Nelson will take you through the steps to completing a healthy cleanse. Through this class you will learn why you should complete a cleanse and the benefits of doing so. Each participant will receive step by step instructions, juice samples and a healthy appetizer made especially for this class.
