Candlelight and Cider Village tour 2018

The Crosslake Historic Log Village will be the site of the annual Cider and Candlelight Tour from 7-9 p.m. Sept. 29.
Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the 1900 Village at night, lit by lanterns and candles as in a century ago. Buildings will be heated with wood fires if it is cool.
Costumed volunteers will provide tours of the historic buildings. Hot apple cider and fall treats will be served in the Livery. Peanuts and candy corn and root beer will be available in Duffy’s Tavern.
Ray’s Promenaders, local square dancers will entertain in the Livery. There will be “open mic” on the deck of the Town Hall for individuals to offer a song or non-political dissertation. Children are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to entertain, read a poem or a composition.
There is no admission charged for this event. Donations will be accepted to maintain the Historic Log Village.
