Water Safety & Swimming Classes

Whitefish Area Yacht Club offers Water Safety Instruction and Swimming Classes for 3 weeks in July. The classes are offered to children ages 5 and older. Children will be assigned to classes with respect to their swimming abilities each week.
Classes are a half hour long, beginning at 10:30 a.m. for the advanced group and go until 12:30 p.m. finishing with the beginners.
Classes are held a the Corps of Engineers Campground swimming beach on Cross Lake (not the dam swimming area) Park in the lot north of camp site 21 and walk to camp site 28, swim beach is on the right.
