Want to learn more about it and how you can provide input?
For the past year, a City of Brainerd riverfront committee has been working on the Mississippi Riverfront Plan. Partnering with the University of Minnesota’s Center for Rural Design, the committee is working to create vision concepts for a 2 plus mile river section in the community.
Brainerd City Planner Mark Ostgarden, will present an overview of the committee’s work and insights into the next steps of the process to develop a plan to better utilize our world class natural resource, the Mississippi River.
