Computer Basics
Monday, April 20 from 3:00-5:00pm
Get started on a computer and learn to use a mouse. No experience needed, computers provided. (Limited to 6 participants)
Tablet & eBook Help: Open Session
Wednesday, April 22 from 9:30-11:30am
Did you recently get an iPad, tablet, smartphone, Kindle Fire, or other eReader? Would you like help getting started with the library’s collection of eBooks, digital audiobooks, and/or digital magazines? Stop in during this open tech help session and Laurel will walk you through the steps one-on-one.
No registration necessary.
Intro to Windows 8
Wednesday, April 29 from 2:30-4:30pm
Learn how to navigate Windows 8 (and its updates). Participants will be introduced to the new features, experiment with touch gestures, live tiles, and charms. Ability to use a mouse or touchpad to navigate a computer required.
