Baxter Turkey Run

Join us Thanksgiving morning to take part in the annual Turkey Run on November 26, 2015. This annual 5K run / 1 mile walk will benefit the Shriners Hospitals for Children. This great holiday tradition is for individuals and families that focuses on having fun, giving back to the less fortunate and enjoying a healthy way to start their holiday season.
The route is a scenic run/walk on the Paul Bunyan Trail, and surrounding city streets.
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. the day of the race.
5K race starts at 9 a.m.; 1 mile walk immediately following start of 5K.
Prizes will be awarded to the top male, top female, and top child racers. Pre-register by November 8 to guarantee your Turkey Run t-shirt! Registrations received after November 8 will be first come/first serve for a t-shirt.
Costumes are always welcome-show your holiday spirit! There may be a few turkeys and pilgrims roaming around the race so don’t forget your cameras! Great holiday photo opportunities!
All funds raised from this event go to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
