11:30 a.m. – Register for the Kids’ Costume Contest at the corner of 7th and Laurel
12:00 p.m. – Kids’ Costume Contest
1:00 p.m. – Parade
Medallion Hunt – Look for clues in the Brainerd Dispatch! $250 cash will be awarded to the successful seeker of the medallion. Return the medallion to the registration area (corner of 7th and Laurel).
